Who we are
Owner Nick Gayes loves diving and design.
But his real passion—and the thread that ties these very different topics together—is a desire to help others reach their full potential.
As a former D-I and club diving coach, he empowered athletes to find their inner strength and reach new heights. He has taken that same approach to the clients he works with at Springboard Creative.
Founded in 2020, Springboard Creative is quickly becoming a go-to agency for youth sports programs leaning on Nick’s deep familiarity of the industry to elevate their brands, grow and/or expand their businesses, and allow them to focus on what matters most to them. His personal touch and relatability provides athletes and coaches assurance and confidence that they and their brands are in good hands.
Outside of his career, he is a husband, father, runner, DIY fanatic, and an all-too-frequent teller of dad jokes.
